There are still a lot of houses in New Orleans that are not back to normal. The occupants have not returned and nobody has torn the house down or done anything to it. This is a classic double shotgun house. Unfortunately it will probably be torn down.

    wow! this is great. such wonderful architecture -- how sad to lose it. like the blurred edges, as if it were almost a thing of the past or a figment of the imagination.
