I love this photo! First of all, imagine if we bought our gas a liter (about 1/4 of a gallon) at a time. Secondly, why would we? What can you really accomplish on a liter of gas!??? In a Chevy pickup, you could go about 2 miles before refilling!

Sign at a gas station. I am not sure what it says but I like the blue sign in an otherwise gray day.

Questions Answered
A friend emailed me and asked this about my last post:
Where are the boats??? How does that really work and what scale are these things???
Well, to clear it up, those round basket looking things are the boats. They are about 6 feet in diameter. You can actually see the one oar that they use to somehow paddle themselves around. It looks like a bat laying across the first boat.
I hope this helps!!!

Taken on a walk through the woods near my parents house.
Dec 2010.
Last year, I posted 184 out of 365 photos, roughly half. This year, as I know I will have the same situation with the internet (sometimes I can't always get online), I have decided to do more of a 52 week project OR a whenever-I-find-a-nice-photo project.
Remember, I will also be more regularly posting photos and tales of my adventures on my main blog, so come and check it out from time to time as well!
Happy New Year to everyone and good luck with all your 2011 projects, whatever form they may take!
